MM2 values: what are my items worth?
“Value” means two different things in Murder Mystery 2. A trade value says how an item compares to other items when players swap. A selling price says what someone actually pays you for it. This page explains both, and where to see our prices.
Trade values vs selling prices
Community value lists rate items against each other, so you can tell if a player-to-player trade is fair. They don't pay you anything.
A selling price is a real offer. On MM2Cash it is the R$ amount in the catalog, and it is what the trader credits when you trade.
The two can differ. An item can be rated highly in trades but be hard to sell for Robux, or the other way round.
What makes an item worth more
Rarity: Ancient, Godly and Vintage items are worth more than Legendary, Rare or Common ones.
Chroma: a chroma version is its own item and is usually worth much more than the normal one.
Demand: items many players want sell for more.
Supply: event items that can no longer be unboxed get rarer over time.
What we pay right now
These are our highest current prices. Every item has its own page with its tier and price, and the catalog lists all of them.
How our prices change
We check prices against the market regularly. The arrow on a catalog card shows which way the price last moved.
You get the price at the moment the trade completes, not the price you saw earlier.
Good to know
Check each item in the catalog before you trade. Tap an item to see its value page.
Questions
Where can I see MM2 values?
Our catalog shows the R$ price of every item we buy, and each item has a value page. Those are real selling prices, not trade ratings.
Why is the price different from a value list?
A value list compares items for trading. Our price is what we actually pay, and it follows what items really sell for.
Is the price locked when I look it up?
No. You get the price at the moment the trade completes. Prices follow the market.
